Sixty implementations teach you exactly where one breaks.

What I sell is delivery experience: what happens after the contract is signed, where the cost is buried in the clauses, and which decision quietly costs you six months. The price of it is that it stays straight with you even when that is unwelcome.

01

System selection, from someone who implemented them

The shortlist is not the hard part. Knowing what each one costs you in year three is.

I read your operation, then put the candidates — Odoo, Dynamics 365, SAP and the rest — into one written comparison against criteria you can measure. Sometimes the answer is that you should not buy anything, and I will say so before you have paid a licence fee.

What you get

  • A written requirements analysis, not a slide deck
  • A comparison matrix scored on measurable criteria
  • True cost of ownership including implementation and running
  • One recommendation, and the stated reason each alternative lost
02

Client-side project management

Signing the contract is the start of the risk, not the end of it.

I act as your project manager facing the implementer: watching quality, holding the schedule and the budget, and turning what the technical team just said into a decision you are actually equipped to make.

What you get

  • Scope and contract review before you sign
  • Weekly governance and delivery checkpoints with the vendor
  • User acceptance testing against written pass criteria
  • A monthly status report in management language, not developer language
03

Recovering a stalled implementation

The system does not work and the money is spent. Do not start over.

A root-cause diagnosis of where it broke — the software, the process, or the decision that preceded both — and a recovery plan that keeps as much of the existing investment as the facts allow.

What you get

  • Written root-cause diagnosis inside two weeks
  • A stated verdict: repair, re-implement, or replace
  • A recovery plan with owners, dates and priorities
  • Delivery oversight until the system is stable in production

How it starts

  1. 01

    Diagnostic call

Thirty minutes on where you are. No charge, no commitment.

  2. 02

    Written assessment

A document describing the problem as it is, not as anyone hoped.

  3. 03

    Plan and scope

What gets done, what does not, how long it takes, what it costs.

  4. 04

    Delivery and follow-through

Regular presence until the system is how the company actually runs.

Start with the diagnostic call

Thirty minutes on where you actually are. If you do not need a consultant, I will tell you that on the call.
