About
Between a rep closing a deal and an engineer talking in schemas, the company gets lost.
That gap is why this site exists. What I write here is what actually happens inside an implementation — what worked, what collapsed, and why.
Ahmed Hassan Algammal
Fifteen years running digital transformation, government partnerships and large-scale workforce programmes in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Electrical engineering at Ain Shams — which is why the habit of insisting on a measurable definition arrives before the technology does, not after it.
Where I have sat
- Executive. CEO and acting CTO at NJS Tech in Dubai — Odoo Silver Partner inside twelve months, and a PMO built from nothing.
- Founder. Founded Faceela Software House in Egypt, running product and growth for regional SMEs.
- Consultant. Since 2020, independent advisor in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with ERP and CRM roadmaps for more than sixty organisations.
Which side I write from
Both of them. I ran an implementation firm that earned Odoo Silver Partner in twelve months, founded a software house, then moved to the opposite chair and advised sixty-odd organisations buying what firms like mine were selling. I know how the demo gets built, and where the real cost is buried in the contract clauses — because I wrote some of them.
So this is the part that never reaches the proposal: what happens in the room after the demo ends and the contract is signed. Including the outcome that comes up more often than anyone expects — not buying a new system at all.
Ways to work together
System selection
A written comparison of the platforms on your shortlist against criteria you can measure — not a slide deck with a logo grid.
Client-side project management
I sit on your side of the table facing the implementer: scope, schedule, quality gates, and a translation of what the technical team just said into a decision you can make.
Process work before automation
Cleaning up how the company actually runs before any of it is automated, so the software does not simply industrialise the mess.
Recovering stalled projects
A root-cause diagnosis of why the implementation stopped, and a recovery plan that keeps the money already spent.
